This residence was in extreme disrepair, but was located on a prime one-acre lot in Boulder County. The client was a growing family with a need for a larger home and required the flexibility of completing the construction in phases while living in the home. The interior living areas were redesigned as well as the exterior in phase one, and a 900 s.f. addition was added in phase two. Phase three, a new master suite addition, will be completed in the next year.
